How long will it take to get my order?

It takes max. 24 hours to process an order, if your order is placed after 5pm (CET/MEZ) your order will not be processed until the next day. It takes 2-5 business days for domestic delivery (Switzerland), and up to 2 weeks for international orders.

Can I exchange stuff or get my Money back?

No, unfortunately this is not possible.

Will you be getting any more of "X" item in stock?

Once we see something sells out, we try our hardest to restock as soon as possible. Sometimes we are not sure if we are able to restock items. Unfortunately, this is not in our control. Each country has different customs regulations. We are not obligated to pay for customs, this should be paid by you if your country requires it. Please contact you country's customs office for more information.
